| SHIPPING INFORMATION |
We carry a large inventory of popular flags, windsocks and accessories. All items are shipped the day of your order or the next business day (including Saturdays) unless otherwise indicated. Delivery times range from 2 to 5 days by the US Post Office via First Class or Priority Mail & 2 to 4 days via FedEx Home Delivery Service.
- Shipping to: The United States, it's Territories and Puerto Rico.
We provide free delivery on flags and windsocks to all 50 states. Accessories (poles, brackets, hangers, lights, stakes, etc.) have delivery charges already included in their prices.
- Shipping to: Canada

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return a product - Exchange a product - Obtain a refund
- Policy: You may return or exchange any unused flag, windsock or twister purchased from us within 10 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges must be in the undamaged original manufacturers packaging. Shipping charges to return products are your responsibility however, we will reimburse you if the return or exchange is the result of our mistake. There is a 15% restocking charge on returns and exchanges.
- Mailing Instructions: Send returns and exchanges via the Post Office; First Class or Priority Mail and be sure to insure the shipment.

- Exchanges: Please call or e-mail before requesting an exchange so that we can reserve your replacement while awaiting your return of the original product.
- Refunds: We'll acknowledge receipt of your return as soon as we receive it and issue a credit [less the restocking charge] to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Defective Products -
If you receive a product that's defective, please call or e-mail right away and we we'll arrange a convenient return and exchange for the same product.

We care about your privacy. If you order from us or request to be added to our mailing list we will not sell, rent, share, or provide your personal information to anyone.
If you have provided your e-mail address to us for our newsletter you may be removed at any time you wish. Send your request to: SalesService@justforfunflags.com. Your address will be removed if your request is sent from the same e-mail address that you are removing. We will confirm your request.

| When you place an order with us you are connected directly to our internet payment processor, Authorize.Net. They receive, process and validate the credit card information submitted by the shopper (consumer) using the following method to ensure security:
Encryption
Using Authorize.Net's SSL API, all orders and payment information sent from the merchant's Web server will be encrypted using industry standard RC4 1024-bit encryption with SSL Version 3. This encrypted and secure data is routed to Authorize.Net, decrypted and processed. All processed information (Approved/Declined transactions) is then re-encrypted and sent securely back to the Web site. Once at the Web server, it is decrypted and displayed to the consumer. Also, order confirmation e-mails are sent to the consumer and to the merchant. The Authorize.Net SSL API guarantees that the orders and payment information generated by the merchant's Web server remain totally secure.
